Lancaster County Republican Committee Chairman Mike Schoelwer issued the following notice on the evening of March 12th:
Friends, I hate to do this, but in view of the corona Virus precautions, we have decided to postpone our Annual Reagan Day Dinner. We will reschedule the dinner for later in the year, once the threat of exposure to the C-19 virus has abated.
The Lancaster County Republican Committee’s Executive Committee looked seriously at the threat of the virus, the risk to our members, the guidance in the past 24 hours on public gathers from both President Trump and Gov. Northam, and decided it was in the best interests of all of our members and guests to postpone the event until conditions are more favorable.
If you have already sent in an RSVP form and payment, we can refund them or hold them for when the event is held. Please contact our treasurer, Suzanne Novak at suzanne.novak@erudyne.com to let her know how you want your check to be handled.
